FOR PHOTO SESSIONS AND PRIVATE CLASSES:
Cancellation Policies:
I completely understand how unpredictable life can be. If you need to change your class or photo session date(s), I will do my best to accommodate you, and will try to do so in a short time frame. Sometimes, however, this could mean you may have to wait several weeks to re-book. If for some reason you are cancelling without re-booking, my cancellation policy is as follows: A 48 hour notice is required for all cancellations. Cancellations (without re-booking) made with 48 hour notice will forfeit 50% of the class fee or $50 for photo sessions. Canceling without 48 hour notice (and without re-booking) means you are forfeiting the entire cost of your class or photo session.
Reservation Policies:
When you book a reservation with me for classes or photo sessions, I will hold that time for you exclusively once payment is received. I can not guarantee during busy seasons ( fall/holiday and spring in particular) that the date and time you would like will remain open until payment is made.
Payment Policies:
A reservation fee of 50% off either the class fee or photo session fee is required to hold your reservation. The remaining 50% must be received no later than one week prior to the start of the class or the photo session. Payment for materials for classes may be made at the first class session. Payment for photographic prints is made at the time order is placed.

Jewelry Shipping Information:
All jewelry orders (domestic and international) are shipped within 5 business days ( for regular purchases) or 2-4 weeks ( for custom orders). You will be notified when your order ships. Jewelry orders are sent using the method deemed best for the season and your location, and are insured for their full replacement value. Expedited shipping is available at an additional charge, please make note of this when placing your order or contact me with your desired shipping method after you place your order. I will invoice you for the additional shipping.

All print orders (domestic and international) are shipped within 7 business days ( for regular purchases) or 2-4 weeks ( for custom orders). You will be notified when your order ships. Print orders are sent using the method deemed best for the season and your location. Expedited shipping and/or insurance is available at an additional charge, please make note of this when placing your order or contact me with your desired shipping method after you place your order. I will invoice you for the additional shipping and/or insurance.
Return Policy:
All custom sales are final. Other items may be exchanged for another ready to ship item or shop credit within 7 days. Craftsmanship: I strive for excellence, but from time to time a problem piece arises. In the rare case of a flaw due to craftsmanship, I will make every effort to repair the item, and in some cases will create a brand-new piece to replace a faulty piece. Repairs are complimentary for 30 days after purchase if necessary due to craftsmanship. Customer damage can generally be repaired, but there is a fee.
